Class theme day:

Every year Leonardtown high school students decorate their hallways for spirit week, the decorations were based on this year’s class theme day. This year our themes were: freshman represented Mexico, Sophomores represented China, Juniors represented Australia and Seniors represented Greece. On this day, people dressed up to celebrate the culture in those countries.

The class officers were assigned to their hallway but were allowed to pick anyone to help them decorate the hallways. This was a student effort to make the finished project but adults supervised. It takes hours to decorate the hallways, they decorate the hallways on a saturday. Seniors always get the main hallway when you first walk in the building. Senior class won the best hallway.
